Self-designed cases cannot be returned. If you have a complaint about a self-designed case? Please contact our customer service
If you find any damage or other problems please contact our customer service. Describe as clearly as possible what went wrong with your case and add a photo of the case.
If you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price, we will do this via the payment method which you have used to pay your order. The processing time depends on the payment method used.
Damage that occurred during the return of your order is not to recover Case24. You should, therefore, be sure that you properly packed your order so as to prevent damage to the order. Only when our employees have received the packet is our responsibility.
